Test Stand B at NASA's Stennis Space Center
The B-2 stand (left) is being modified to test the SLS core stage prior to its first mission flight. Work began on the B-2 test stand in May 2015.
The RS-25 burns hydrogen and oxygen, so the plume is made of harmless water vapor. (Note: Photoshop was used to remove a telephone pole and its wires from this image.)
